- Productivity of the herd not less than 8000kg per cow per year.
- Exit from the herd till 25%.
- Exit from importation not more than 5% per year/
- Output calves from 100 cows – 90%.
- Safekeeping of the calves 90% and more during the whole period of growing.
- Output heifers not less than 90%.
- Average daily gain of the calves 700-800g during the whole period of growing.
- Insemination at 15-17 months with live weight 350-400kg.
- Cost of feed in the cost structure not more than 55%.
3. The optimal parameters of the food (moisture, dry matter, protein, exchange energy, etc.)
